Timely Coffees Sometimes it can be difficult to know which coffee to decide on when everything looks so good. If you purchased a Guatemalan coffee and loved it, should you buy another one from the same country? Or should you stay with process or altitude? At Timely, we've got you covered. Every time a new coffee comes through the door, we taste that coffee without knowing the location where the coffee came from or how it was processed. This gives us an opportunity to taste without having to be biased by any specific details. From here, we assign each coffee a colour that we feel best represents the flavour profile. So if you loved a coffee with a particular colour, you're very likely to take pleasure in another coffee of that same colour next time. It may not have anything specific in common with the last coffee you had, but sometimes coffee can be like that. Sustainability Our coffee is supplied in fully compostable packaging (including our delivery boxes and packing tape) or reusable tubs if ordering wholesale. We are certified carbon negative, and aim to have full traceability on prices being returned to the coffee farmers who grow the coffees we roast. And every coffee we roast is fully traceable - even our house coffees - so you'll know just what exactly you're drinking every time. Coffee Shop At our roastery in Bayswater, WA, we run the Timely Coffee Shop where we serve our house coffees alongside our favourite micro-lots, and also a few select local baked goods (which are all vegan friendly, so no one has to miss out).
