In 2020, Renzo and Sam seized an opportunity to fill a gap in the ready-to-eat meal market. They launched Aston Lucas Gourmet, a brand that would offer a range of delicious, handcrafted high-quality meals.

Building on a strong foundation of Italian classics like Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana, Cannelloni Spinach & Ricotta, and Gnocchi Bolognese, they also introduced a line of gluten-friendly and plant-based options, including Gnocchi Pesto and Gnocchi Primavera.

The success of Aston Lucas Gourmet was undeniable. Recognizing the growing demand for diverse and locally made ready-to-eat meals, the team expanded their offerings to include Gourmet-to-go options such as fresh deli sandwiches & wraps, a breakfast range, and salads.
